Direct Recruiting Model
At SOAR, we utilize a direct recruiting model that never pressures you to attend a Hiring or Job Conference to gain access to our opportunities. Our leadership team is comprised of former Hiring Managers from various industries that used to attend Hiring or Job Conferences and we once shared the same frustrations that many of our current candidates tell us about.
While these events are touted as offering you multiple interviews all on one day, they are not structured around finding you the type of work, corporate culture, or geographic preferences you desire. Often times you do not even find out what companies you will be interviewing with until the night prior or the day of the actual interviews; thus, limiting your preparation and research time. There is also the potential for the host recruiting company to steer you away from your number one choice and towards a different opportunity that would result in a more profitable placement fee for them.
Rather, we work with you to determine your precise requirements. Once we agree on specific opportunities we will ensure you are fully briefed on the company, the job duties and responsibilities, the growth potential, the challenges you will face, and the performance expectations of your new career. We will them present you to our client companies in one of two formats in our Direct Recruiting Model:
Focused Hiring Events:
We bring you directly to the company's facility for on-site interviews and location tours. The perfect opportunity to complete all necessary interviewing, complete testing, and administer any drug/background tests. SOAR will coordinate all the logistics and even be present the day of the event to ensure an effective experience.
Individual Presentations:
We present you directly to our client companies via e-mail and personal communications with Hiring Managers. Ideal for positions where initial interviews may be done over the phone and when you may be geographically separated from you target market.
