Chris Beck, Principal - Sales and Business Development

Chris is a principal and co-founder of Soar Consulting. Chris served five years as a Naval Supply Corps Officer onboard an aircraft carrier. Upon leaving active duty in the Navy, Chris joined the nation's largest direct placement military recruiting firm as an Account Executive. He quickly became the #1 Account Executive in the company. His success led to several rapid promotions to District Manager, Regional Manager, National Sales Training Manager, and Director of Strategic Accounts. Chris was the youngest executive to be selected to partner in the firm's history. He was continuously recognized as the top sales executive with a unique ability to build a cohesive, driven sales force capable of delivering revenue growth in excess of 300%. His strategic recruiting partnership with Brian Davis led to the development of Soar Consulting.

Chris earned his BS degree from the United States Naval Academy with Merit. He was a 4 year Varsity Football letterman being selected as the Chevrolet Player of the Game against Notre Dame. He has been recognized as the 'bar raiser' in the military recruitment industry. Chris is continuously called upon to give leadership seminars to fellow alumni and military members on successful transition to corporate America.

Brian is a principal and co-founder of Soar Consulting. Upon leaving active duty military service as a Captain in the US Marine Corps, Brian quickly achieved sales recognition in the medical device industry as a territory representative, selling titanium plating sets and instrumentation to neuro, plastic reconstructive and maxilla-facial surgeons. Brian then entered a formal General Management Development Program with a $4 billion per year Forbes Platinum Company. In his six years with the company he held positions in the following capacities: Production Supervisor, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Service Director, and General Manager. Throughout his tenure there he was constantly recognized for his sales and profit growth contributions. Brian was also recognized for his ability to continuously add talent into the corporate pipeline by strengthening his relationships with several military recruiting firms, which eventually led him to starting Soar Consulting with Chris Beck.

Brian earned a BS degree from Towson State University and an MBA from National University while still on active duty with the Marine Corps. He has emerged as a leader in the field of military recruitment and is often contacted by press and media to comment on the transition process for military members.
 
Jeff Williams, Director of Recruiting

Jeff has been with Soar Consulting since 2003. He spearheaded the development of our platform and continues to monitor and upgrade our system as necessary. Jeff served a total of 7 years on active duty with the Marine Corps. While on active duty, Jeff served as an Officer Selection Officer for the Marines Corps' 12th District. Upon his transition from the Marines, Jeff joined Clarke American Checks, Inc as a Partner Executive. While with Clarke American, he was instrumental in the company's selection as the 2002 Malcolm Baldrige award for quality. In 2003, Jeff was recalled to active duty where he participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom. When he returned he joined Chris and Brian at Soar Consulting, Inc as a Regional Business Director. In this role, he was responsible for the growth of numerous strategic level accounts. Jeff now oversees all candidate recruitment operations for the company.

Jeff earned his BA degree from California State University at Chico. He has attended numerous Business Development training courses, to include Professional Sales Skills and Acclivus Sales Development. In addition to his training, Jeff is active in the local community and participates in numerous business networking seminars focused on the recruiting industry.
